Born and raised in Carpinteria, CA, Peter Heinrich is a seasoned accountant with over 13 years of experience, currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Immersive Fuel. In this role, he oversees all financial operations of the company, including financial planning, budgeting, accounting, tax management, and risk management.
After working at PriceWaterhouseCoopers for nearly one year, Peter learned that the private sector is where his passion for accounting truly lied. He left PwC to work for a TV and Film equipment rental house where he rose through the ranks to become an account manager. Over the years, he has honed his financial expertise in various roles, including Controller and Vice President of Finance. Throughout his career, he has developed a reputation for his fiscally conservative yet creative approach to accounting, which has made him a sought-after expert by small family offices.
Peter studied Accounting at Arizona State University and is an active member of National Society of Accountants and National Association of Professional Employer Organizations where he regularly attends conferences to network and advance the profession. In his spare time, Peter enjoys outdoor activities such as snowboarding, boating, camping and taking his Great Danes to the beach.
