Trinity Hughes is a Certified Professional from the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM-CP), and a Certified Professional in HR (PHR) from HRCI. Trinity holds a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management, from Indiana Tech University. Ms. Hughes has over fourteen years of cumulative Human Resources experience and has worked in the following industries: restaurant, healthcare, home services, packaging, pharmaceuticals, and various manufacturing industries. She brings a unique blend of business acumen and HR expertise to the table.

As a national member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) as well as a member of local SHRM Chapters in Kosciusko and Michiana, Trinity is committed to continuous learning and professional development through actively participating in HR conferences, workshops, and networking events. By staying updated on the latest HR best practices, industry trends, and legal regulations, she is able to provide valuable insights and guidance for navigating complex HR challenges to small and start-up businesses.

In her free time, Trinity enjoys expressing her creative side through cooking, painting, woodworking and sewing. She also loves traveling, walking, riding her motorcycle, sun, sand, and spoiling her fur babies (dog mom).
